This tapestry is number 3 of a cycle of 4, named « Les quatre saisons de l’Hêtre ».
« The four seasons of the beech » playing with the pronounciation « hêtre/être » (meaning beech/being).
The cycle was born from the meeting of Maïlys Seydoux-Dumas and Haïm Kern who wrote the poems accompanying each tapestry and each season.
The tapestries are exhibited at Musée Michel Ciry at Varengeville-sur-Mer until the 22nd of September.
